InSys-2017 is a one day symposium which will bring together innovative academics and researchers from both local and overseas universities and local industrial experts to a common forum to disseminate their latest research findings and exchange views and ideas under the theme of Innovations for Sustainable Future. The symposium is organized by the Office of Research & Innovation Services (ORIS), Sri Lanka Technological Campus (SLTC), Padukka, Sri Lanka.
Five keynote speakers, four internationally renowned professors and a prominent industrialist from local industry, will enlighten the audience with cutting edge technological advancements in electrical and communication engineering and the readiness of Sri Lankan industry in adapting these technologies. Two technical sessions are organized for researchers to present the latest research findings in the area of Communication Engineering, Dynamics Systems, Modelling and Controls and Robotics. A workshop on emerging Technologies in Mobile Communications for local engineers and an exhibition of innovative product development by both school students and engineering undergraduates are also organized as co-activities of the symposium. Over one hundred local and international researches, academics and industrialist are expected to participate in the symposium.
